From Our Community

At Franklin Elementary we’ve found not just amazing teachers for our children, but a welcoming community that feels like a family. Their focus on inclusion ensures that every child is seen, valued, and supported. We’ve watched our children grow not only in their confidence and learning, but also in their character thanks to the school’s nurturing environment. Callie Alexander, Parent

At Franklin Elementary, you are family, and you are loved. You can feel that warm, welcoming feeling from the moment you enter the building because we are intentional about greeting our family members with a smile and a personal message. We see each child as an individual with individual gifts and endless potential, and we are intentional about helping each child succeed. I love being a part of the passionate, persistent, and committed Franklin Elementary family that shares a relentless focus on giving every child every chance, every day, to feel and become successful!Melissa Miller, Math Coach

Our family feels truly blessed that both of our daughters were nurtured and taught from Pre-K through 4th grade by the dedicated and caring faculty and staff at Franklin Elementary School. Every classroom was welcoming, student-centered, and built on high expectations, helping our girls thrive both academically and socially. We are deeply grateful for the strong foundation FES provided and for the lasting friendships they gained along the way.

Franklin Elementary is truly an amazing place. Every staff member makes students feel welcomed, cared for, and loved. We learned not just academics, but how to make friends, be kind, and to make the world a better place.

For forty years, I've called FES my professional home. The children and families I've served are an integral part of my story. Our commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and excellence is something I cherish deeply. I'm grateful that former students, now between the ages of 9 and 48, continue to stay in touch and visit. The bonds we've formed are lasting. This kind of connection doesn't happen by chance; it's a result of deliberate effort. FES is truly a magical place.Tammy Lovell, Retired Teacher
